Lianne, I like the way you framed your presentation using the animation as a vehicle to show the structure and framework. Very clever and effective. I like the way you have delineated the targets and directions. I think you first important point highlighted in your presentation is the cycle of evaluation, and what I call tinkering, where you are in a continual cycle of checking in on the progress of your program, getting input from different stakeholder groups and then adjusting or better enhancing your program from these variables. In the bumps on the road section, I like that you make the point that having a differentiated program, for different adult learners is a more effective way to engage the faculty/staff in life long learning, I cannot agree more. Great examples shared. The digital portfolio idea you share is something I wish more schools required as a mean for professional growth and development as life long learners.
